I had spent several months looking for an apartment that would meet my needs. I wanted it all; the right location, the right size, the right price. It seemed nearly impossible, but Yitz was able to find me the perfect place! We looked at several apartments as he got to know what I liked, what my style was, and what I really needed. Then one day he texted to say he found it… and he did! Yitz helped me buy the cutest apartment in a wonderful neighborhood ( Ba’aka ) and at just the right price for me.

I just wanted to let you know what a great job you did in finding a tenant for my apartment on Ramban. We met in mid-January and I was immediately impressed. You said you could rent the apartment (even though it was still winter), got to work right away and you found a tenant for my luxury apartment in no time at all. In fact, my new tenants moved in as of March 1.

I would like to recommend Yitzchak Kowalsky as a real estate agent. We put up our property for sale with him and Yitzchak was able to get us a great selling price in the complex and he closed it all within a very short period of time (in less than 2 months). We were very happy with his service and his professionalism. He was sensitive about showing the property at times that were convenient for us and for the potential buyers. He was thorough on the negotiation portion of the deal. We felt that we were in good hands. We, therefore, highly recommend him for all real estate deals.

I can’t recommend Yitz Kowalski highly enough. He knows the market intimately; he understands instinctively all aspects of the business and he gives his clients 100% attention. When we were looking to buy, Yitz would select only great properties that met our budget and aspirations. He never sent us on a wild goose-chase to inappropriate properties. When selling or renting, he seems able to magic purchasers or tenants out of thin air, even when the market seems quite dead. Above all, Yitz gives real advice; suggesting prices to demand; negotiating the deal; advising against this and for that, and generally giving a level of professional help and support we never found with any other agent. Having used Yitz once I would never dream of going anywhere else.
